About us

External Relation is a division that functions as a liaison or bridge between the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad and external parties which is carried out with two-way communication activities in order to establish cooperation and maintain good relations for the common good.

Tasks

  1. Fostering and optimizing cooperation with external parties from Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad 2022.
  2. Facilitate activities that connect internal and external parties of Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad related to student affairs.
  3. Updating and maintaining the external database as well as providing external party data from Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad 2022.
  4. Updating the Database Policy if needed and carrying out monitoring of the Database Policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) related to use of the external database.
  5. Create and carry out supervision of Media Partner Policy and SOP related to media partners.
  6. Responsible to Vice President of Communication and Information Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad 2022.

  1. External Event
    Facilitating and fostering good relations with external parties of the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad through various activities such as open recruitment, internships, training, public lectures, and reunions related to the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad.
  2. Hi-Shading
    Himakunpad Sharing and Developing (Hi-Shading) is a comparative study activity where the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad visits other university`s Accounting student associations to exchange information and develop their respective associations.
  1. Graduation
    Graduation is an activity that shows a form of appreciation from Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad to Unpad Accounting graduates who have graduated and completed their studies, usually in the form of a parade when offline or giving appreciation through social media and e-mail when online.
  2. Alumni Database
    Alumni Database is a database containing Unpad Accounting alumni data which is updated annually, the policy regarding the database is regulated in the Database Policy.
  3. External Proposal
    External Proposal is a sponsorship proposal submitted by the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad to external parties such as companies to get support in the implementation of activities at the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad.
  4. Social Assistance
    Social assistance is an activity to raise funds from members of the Hima Akuntansi FEB Unpad which will then be given to those in need.
